What determines the price of a product video
Set build and lighting
The largest item, and the reason for our bundle prices. If the product is already standing perfectly lit, the video is only a question of camera movement.
Number of products
Several products in one session share the build and the changeover time. From the third product the unit price drops noticeably.
Type of movement
Turntable and simple moves are standard. Macro moves, liquids and stop-motion need more time and more takes.
Hand model and application
As soon as hands are in frame, styling, retakes and additional shots are added.
Post-production
Edit, colour and sound are included. Elaborate text overlays, subtitles per language or rotoscoping cost extra.

What does a product video cost?

Why is the video cheaper in the photo bundle?
Because almost all the effort sits in the build. If your product is already standing perfectly lit in the studio for the photos, the video is only a question of camera movement — and we pass that saving on.
What does a product video for Amazon cost?
The same prices. We deliver in the resolutions and aspect ratios Amazon requires for the listing video slot, with no prices, contact details or third-party brands in frame.
How long should a product video be?
15 to 30 seconds. Longer is rarely watched to the end inside a listing, and length has almost no effect on our price anyway.
How does my product reach you?
By parcel to our studio in Dusseldorf, or dropped off in person. We ship it back afterwards; return shipping is included in the pack of five.
Can you build videos from existing photos?
A convincing product video cannot be cut from stills alone — movement in frame is the entire point. We recommend a short reshoot rather than a slideshow.
How quickly do I get the video?
5 working days after the product arrives. If a launch date is coming up, tell us in advance and we schedule the production slot accordingly.
Is a product video worth it at all?
For products that need explaining, almost always; for simple articles, often not. Start with one or two bestsellers and compare the conversion before equipping the whole range.
Do I get portrait format for Reels and TikTok?
Yes, landscape and portrait are included in every package. Both come from the same shoot.
What does a video with a hand model cost?
Application videos with hands in frame are quoted individually because styling and retakes are added. Expect a surcharge, not a doubling.
Is there a volume discount from ten products?
Yes. From ten products in one session we quote separately, below the per-unit price of the pack of five.
Who owns the rights to the video?
You do, unlimited in time and territory for all digital channels including paid advertising.
